How to Update Your billing Address: If you want to change the address on your billing statements, you can follow the steps below!
- Online Account Portal: Log in to your account, navigate to Profile Settings > Address, and enter your new address.

- Mobile App: Update your address within the app under Account Settings.
- Customer Service: Call us at 888.888.8888 or email HELPMEPLEASE@HELP.COM to update your address.
