How to File a Claim

If you want to file a claim with Endurance, take the following steps. You can get approved in less than 48 hours!

 

1.

Prevent further damage

Take your vehicle to a licensed repair shop or find a certified mechanic near you.
Find a repair shop.

2.

Obtain authorization

Have the shop’s manager contact Endurance before proceeding with any repairs or maintenance.

3.

Understand your coverage

Discuss what’s covered under your protection plan with the shop’s service manager and have them complete your claim.

4.

Pay your deductible

This amount will depend on the terms of your contract. Make sure you keep all documentation during this time.

5.

Sit back and relax

Your mechanic will take care of the repairs – and when your vehicle is ready, simply pick it up!
