In order to have your bill paid you have several options:
- Upfront Cash pay:6 Degrees Health will negotiate cash upfront prices for planned procedures. It provides full transparency and eliminates billing surprises.
- Payment after services:
- Receive Explanation of benefits and patient responsibility
- Receive balance bill
- If balance bill exceed EOB, submit to 6 degrees health
- Response from Case Service Agent assigned to their case with a status update within 48 hours
- A copy of signed paperwork with information
- An update of your status within one week from your assigned Member representative.
